On the last Monday competition of the year, we saw a good turnout of 32 players take to the course on a pleasant day. Scoring was good, with the outstanding effort coming from Ronnie Stokes who knocked his ball around the course with the "big boys ". Denis and Steve witnessed a great score of gross 71, amassing a whopping 44 stableford points.
It was hardly worthwhile going out to try to beat that score.
But we have a strong breed at Innellan Golf Club and other notable scores of the day were Dougie Cooper with 38 and two others who notched up 37 points also.
The CSS was 36 points, 64 and well done to the players who beat their handicap.
