With a wonderful score of 62 and only player under par for the day, saw Willie McCosh win the Quaich by 4 strokes ahead of some 6 players who all scored 66.

Steady scoring for his round saw Willie take another cut to his handicap.

Keep up the good work..

SENIORS AND JANUARY MEDAL

With 33 players, this event was well attended, and with some 6 scores not being counted the CSS was 67.

Saying that there was still very good scoring that day, with a few players scoring well under the CSS, notably Duncan Lauder, with a great effort of 61, and in close attendance was another Duncan ,in the form of Munro and Martin Doherty who both scored 63s.

After a shaky start 2 birdies at 4 and 5 settled Mr Lauder and a steady back nine saw Duncan take the Seniors and the January Medal.

Well done to all who took part.
